OPEC Systems developed a pilot, 3 day, Level 1 Operators’ Course in HNS Marine Spill Response for the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA). This pilot course was held in Sydney in March 2009.
We have built on this experience and are now pleased to offer a concise 2 day Level 1 HNS Marine Operators course to members of the maritime and first response communities in Australia .
